Vibramycin, a combination antibiotic containing doxycycline, atovaquone and mefloquine, is indicated for the prophylaxis and treatment of malaria in adults and children (12–17 years of age) as well as for prophylaxis and treatment of malaria in children (18–47 years of age) and adults. Vibramycin is also indicated for the prophylaxis and treatment of malaria in adults and children (18–47 years of age) and for treatment of malaria in children (with signs and symptoms of malaria) in combination with chloroquine, chloroquine sulphate, quinine, or the drug quinine hydrochloride.
